Recommended USE as below:-
* The Neck traction unit should first be used at low pressure (i.e., giving low traction force) for 5 -10 minutes, slowly increasing up to 20 - 25 minutes, 2 to 3 times daily. After a session of neck traction, it is best to release the air slowly and gradually (not suddenly).
* The Pneumatic Cervical traction collar is only 250g.
